摘 要:金属筒管焊接件的成品率受焊缝表面质量影响较大,为提高金属筒管焊接件的表面质量,有效提升焊接的成品率,将焊缝表面任意两点的高度差保持在0.1 mm以内,提出了一种基于点激光检测的筒管焊缝磨削方法。首先固定焊接筒管的角度位置,利用点激光检测同一直线上的焊缝两侧,通过直线拟合确定理论直线后,检测焊缝表面并确定当前角度的理论磨削位置与磨削方向。转动焊接筒管至其他角度,再次检测焊缝两侧及焊缝表面数据,直至筒管一周数据检测完成。根据各个角度的理论磨削位置与磨削方向,控制砂带磨床磨削焊缝并进行磨后检测分析,验证了该方法的有效性。The qualified rate of metal bobbin weldment is greatly influenced by the surface quality of welding line,to improve the surface quality and the qualified rate of welding and keep the height difference between any two points on the weld surface within 0.1 mm,a grinding method for welding line of welded bobbin based on detection of point laser is proposed.Fix the metal bobbin weldment at a certain position,and the point laser is used to detect the both sides of the welding line on the same straight line,the theoretical line is obtained by linear fitting,then the laser detects the welding line,according to the detected data to calculate the theoretical grinding position and grinding direction.Rotate the welded bobbin until all the data in one circle is detected.Grind the welded bobbin on the belt grinding machine according to the theoretical grinding position and grinding direction at all angles,then detect and analyze the surface again,the practicability of this method is verified.
