摘 要:水中的高锰酸盐指数是判断水质是否受有机物污染的重要指标。手工(滴定)法高锰酸盐指数测定由于过程繁琐、操作起来耗时耗力很容易导致结果产生偏差。本实验采用操作简单、可连续做样、自动化程度高的基于气相分子吸收光谱原理的全自动CODMn分析仪测定高锰酸盐指数并与手工法进行对比来探究仪器法的可靠性。测试结果表明,仪器法的标准曲线线性相关系数高且方法检出限为0.043mg/L,满足标准要求;对有证标准样品的测试结果准确度亦符合要求,且在高浊度系列样品测试过程中精密度远优于手工法。Permanganate index is an important index to characterize the degree of water pollution by organic matter.The determination of permanganate index by manual(titration)method is complicated and time-consuming,which can easily lead to deviation of results.In order to verify the reliability of the instrument method,compared with the manual method,the permanganate index is measured by the automatic CODMnanalyzer of Shanghai Beiyu Company,which has the advantages of simple operation,continuous sample making and high automation.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the instrumental method is high,and the detection limit is 0.043 mg/L,which meets the requirements of the standard;the accuracy of the instrument method for the certified standard samples also meets the requirements;the precision of the instrumet method is far better than that of the manual method in the test process of high turbidity samples.
