摘　　要：全国积极稳妥地推进检验检测机构改革,国家出台了一系列改革方针政策,各地纷纷制定了相应的改革方案,激发机构的市场服务潜力。本文通过文献查阅、实地调研、专家咨询等方法搜集了一些机构改革的典型案例,将国有制检验检测机构进行分类,介绍了质检机构、高校、科研院所和国企背景的检验检测机构的改革推进情况。China promoted the reform of inspection and testing institutions actively and steadily.The state issued a series of reform policies,and various regions formulated corresponding reform programs to stimulate market service potential of the institutions.Through literature review,field research,expert consultation and other research methods,some typical cases of institutional reform were collected.The paper classifieed the state owned inspection and testing institutions,and introduced the reform progress of quality inspection institutions,universities,scientific research institutes and state-owned enterprises.
