摘 要:根据热重实验确定合理的裂解温度,采用自行研制大容量的开放式高温热模拟装置收集不同温度下烟丝样品裂解产生的半挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法进行分析。研究结果表明,不同温度对烟丝热解产物有显著影响。随着热模拟温度的升高,裂解产物中稠环芳烃、含N、O、S杂环类及苯酚类化合物产率均随模拟温度的上升而增加;烷烃系列、脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸类与维生素E产率均呈现先增加后降低的趋势;烟碱、新植二烯及酮类组分总体上随温度上升呈下降趋势。该研究结果对低危害卷烟、新型低温不燃烧卷烟研发具有重要的意义。According to thermo-gravimetric experiment,the reasonable pyrolysis temperatures were determined.The semi volatile products produced by pyrolysis of tobacco at different temperatures were collected by self-developed large capacity opening high temperature thermal simulator,and analyzed by GC-MS.The results show that different temperatures have significant effects on pyrolytic products of cut tobacco.The yields of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,heterocyclic compounds containing N,O,S and phenols increased with the increase of simulated temperature.With the increase of thermal simulation temperature,the output of alkane series,fatty acid esters,fatty acids and vitamin E increased at first and then decreased.The yields of nicotine,neophytadiene and ketones decreased roughly with the increase of temperature.This research is of great significance to the development of low-risk cigarettes and new lowtemperature non combustion cigarettes.
