摘　　要：在现代化工生产中,pH计在线分析得到了广泛应用。安装在工艺管线上的pH计,受到工艺介质、温度、压力、流速的影响,pH计测量值的稳定性、可靠性就不能够保证。为满足工艺测量的需要,改进了pH的安装方式,采取了技术改进措施。通过对产品型号的差异性选择,满足工艺生产要求。规范维护操作,确保测量数据准确。In modern chemical production,pH meter online analysis is widely used.The stability and reliability of the pH meters installed on process pipelines are affected by the process medium,temperature,pressure and flow rate.In order to meet the needs of process measurement,the installation method of pH meter is improved and technical improvement measures are taken.Through the differential selection of product model,the process production requirements are met.By standardizing the maintenance operation,the accuracy of measurement data is ensured.
