原位结膜瓣转移手术加用中药治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察原位结膜瓣转移手术加用中药治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年12月原发性翼状胬肉患者共110例(124眼),按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,研究组采取原位结膜瓣转移手术加用中药治疗,55例(63眼);对照组采取传统胬肉去除手术,55例(61眼)。比较两组方案治疗后治愈率、术后恢复时间、角膜平均散光度及最佳矫正远视力。结果研究组治愈率为98.41%,高于对照组的86.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d、30 d、90 d各相同时间节点的两组角膜散光度,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组>0.5视力段上升的眼数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原位结膜瓣转移手术加用中药治疗翼状胬肉具有疗效好、术后恢复快、促进视力恢复等优点,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of treatment for pterygium with in situ surgery of conjunctival flap transposition and Chinese materia medica.Methods A total of 110 patients(124 eyes)with primary pterygium were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.They were assigned into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method.In the study group,55 patients(63 eyes)were treated with in situ conjunctival flap transposition and Chinese materia medica;in the control group,55 patients(61 eyes)were treated with traditional pterygium removal surgery.Cure rates,recovery time,average corneal astigmatism and best corrected far vision were compared between the 2 groups after the treatment.Results The cure rate in the study group(98.41%)was higher than that in the control group(86.89%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time points of 7 days,30 days and 90 days after the surgery,the corneal astigmatism in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the increased number of eyes of the>0.5 vision segment in the study group was more than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment for pterygium with in situ conjunctival flap transposition and Chinese materia medica has advantages such as good efficacy,quick recovery after surgery and promoting vision recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
