摘 要:选取205/55R16轮胎作为研究对象,采用正交试验设计与单变量分析相结合的方法,研究轮胎结构参数对六分力中侧偏刚度和回正刚度的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,减小带束层角度,增大胎体帘线强度、三角胶高度和带束层级差及以胎肩分型线为基准设计带束层宽度,可以增大侧偏刚度;增大带束层角度和级差及减小带束层宽度,可以增大回正刚度,胎体帘线强度和三角胶高度对回正刚度影响很小。The 205/55R16 tire was selected as the research object,and the effect of tire structure parameters on the cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness of the six-component force of tire was investigated by using the method of combining orthogonal experimental design and univariate analysis.The results showed that,within a certain range,the cornering stiffness could be increased by reducing the belt angle,increasing the carcass cord strength,apex height and belt width difference level,and designing the belt width with the shoulder parting line;the aligning stiffness could be increased by increasing the belt angle and difference level,and reducing the belt width,while the carcass cord strength and apex height had little effect on the aligning stiffness.
