摘　　要：介绍不同工艺的彩色轮胎,重点介绍白胎侧和半彩色轮胎的工艺、结构和配方设计要点以及轮胎性能测试技术。彩色轮胎改变了传统轮胎单一黑色的外观,让轮胎颜色更加丰富。传统黑色轮胎配方设计时只需考虑原材料对胶料性能的影响,彩色轮胎配方设计时则需同时兼顾原材料对胶料性能和色彩的影响。The color tires of different processes,focusing on the production process,structure and formula design points of white sidewall and semi-color tires,and tire performance testing technology were introduced.Color tires changed the single black appearance of traditional tires,making tires more colorful.The traditional black tire formula design only needed to consider the effect of raw materials on the properties of the compound,while color tire formula design needed to take into account the effect of raw materials on the properties and color of the compound.
