摘　　要：由于供应链协调了供应商的信息、产品和资金流动(从制造阶段到转型过程到客户),因此在产品成本、流动资本、进入市场的速度和服务感知等因素方面,它强烈地影响组织的竞争力。文章旨在研究机械行业在VUCA(volatility多变性、uncertainty不确定性、complexity复杂性、ambiguity模糊性)时代下,如何利用供应链运营模式打造企业在订单交付、品质与成本方面获取竞争优势。Because the supply chain coordinates supplier information,products,and financial flows from manufacturing to transformation to customers,it strongly influences the competitiveness of the organization in terms of factors such as product costs,working capital,speed to market entry,and service perception.The purpose of this paper is to study how the machinery industry can use the supply chain operation mode to create a competitive advantage in order delivery,quality and cost under the VUCA(volatility,uncertainty,complexity,ambiguity)generation.
