摘  要:目的:优化黄精总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:运用超声辅助提取技术,利用紫外-可见分光光度法对黄精中总黄酮进行含量测定,通过单因素实验和正交实验法筛选出黔东南黄精总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果:黄精总黄酮的提取工艺优化的条件为:提取温度70℃,料液比1∶5,体积分数80%,提取时间45 min,总黄酮含量为2.46 mg/g。结论:该提取工艺操作简单、方便可行、提取效率稳定,可为黄精总黄酮提取工艺提供一个实用优化的路径。In this study we optimized the extraction process of total flavonoids from Polygonatum Mill.Ultrasonic assisted extraction technology was adopted,and UV-vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Polygonatum.The best extraction technology was selected by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment.The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction temperature was 70℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶5,the volume fraction was 80%,and the extraction time was 45 min.Under the above conditions,the content of total flavonoids extracted was 2.46 mg/g.The extraction process was simple,convenient and practical,and the extraction efficiency was stable.This study has provided a practical and optimized path for the extraction of total flavonoids from Polygonatum.
