摘 要:以中岭一井3号煤层为例,介绍了一种假设—考察—修正—确定递进式工作面突出危险性预测指标K 1临界值的确定方法。首先根据历史资料统计分析和实验室理论计算确定3号煤层钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K 1的合理临界初值,为现场考察修正奠定基础;其次通过统计分析采掘工作面预测历史数据,掌握工作面预测区域瓦斯赋存分布规律,确定采掘工作面现场考察区域并对K 1临界初值进行考察;依据考察结果,分析修正K 1的临界初值;对修正的K 1临界初值进行扩大应用试验;最后确定3号煤层工作面突出危险性预测指标K 1临界值为0.55 mL/(g·min 1/2),以及其应用条件,验证了研究方法的可行性。Taking No.3 coal seam of Zhongling No.1 Mine as an example,this paper introduces a progressive method to determine the K1 critical value of outburst risk in working face,which is consists of hypothesis,investigation,correction and determination.Firstly,the reasonable critical initial value of K1,the desorption index of drilling cuttings gas in No.3 coal seam was determined based on statistical analysis of historical data and theoretical calculation in laboratory,which lay a foundation for on-site investigation and correction;secondly,through statistical analysis of the prediction history data of working face,the gas occurrence distribution law in the prediction area of the working face was clarified,the site investigation area of the mining working face was determined;according to the investigation results,the critical initial value of K1 was analyzed and corrected;the extended application test was carried out for the modified critical initial value of K1;the modified critical initial value of K1 was tested with extended application;the critical value of K1 of outburst risk in No.3 coal seam working face was finally determined as 0.55 mL/(g·min 1/2)and its application conditions were also determined,which verified the feasibility of the research method.
