摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉肾盂造影在小儿肾、输尿管重复畸形伴输尿管囊肿的应用。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月收治的肾、输尿管重复畸形伴输尿管囊肿患儿30例进行检查,记录静脉肾盂造影检查结果。结果:30例患儿均诊断为肾重复畸形并有输尿管囊肿。结论:静脉肾盂造影可以作为小儿肾、输尿管重复畸形伴输尿管囊肿的传统诊断方式,必要时,结合CT尿路造影检查进一步确诊,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of intravenous pyelography in children with repeated renal and ureteral malformations with ureteric cysts.Methods:30 children with repeated renal and ureteral malformations with ureteric cysts who were treated from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and examined.The results of intravenous pyelography were recorded.Results:All 30 children were diagnosed with repeated renal malformations and ureteric cysts.Conclusion:Intravenous pyelography can be used as a traditional diagnostic method for children with repeated renal and ureteral malformations with ureteric cysts.If necessary,it can be further confirmed with CT urography,which is worthy of popularization and application.
