摘　　要：目的:探讨MR和CT检查运用在胸腹部巨大淋巴结增生症中的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2020年1月期间我院收治的胸腹部巨大淋巴结增生症患者80例为研究对象,均行CT和MR检查,并且根据手术病理结果,对其影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果:①MR:T2WI以高信号为主,T1WI以等信号为主;②CT:以透明血管型为主要表现,且在平扫中,可见等密度,分布均匀。结论:临床上运用MR和CT诊断胸腹部巨大淋巴结增生症具有较高的价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of MR and CT examination in giant lymph node hyperplasia in chest and abdomen.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2020,80 patients with giant lymph node hyperplasia in chest and abdomen were selected as the subjects,all of them were examined by CT and MR,and their imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed according to the results of surgical pathology.Results:①MR:T2WI is dominated by high signal,and T1WI is dominated by equal signal;②CT:The transparent blood vessel type was the main manifestation,and in the plain sweep,the isodensity and uniform distribution could be seen.Conclusion:The clinical use of MR and CT in the diagnosis of giant lymph node hyperplasia in chest and abdomen is of high value.
