摘　　要：目的:危重症患者营养支持治疗是提高患者免疫力的重要手段,本文探讨ICU危重症患者床旁超声引导下空肠营养管置入的方法。方法:对我院46例ICU危重症患者采用床旁超声引导下空肠营养管置入,并用超声实时确认空肠管位置。结果:床旁超声引导下空肠营养管置入成功率为100%,为危重症患者早期管饲营养提供了保证。结论:针对ICU危重症患者采用床旁超声引导下空肠营养管置入是安全、有效的措施,能促进危重症患者的康复。Objective:Nutritional support is an important method to improve the immunity of critical patients.To explore the method of bedside ultrasound-guided jejunal nutrition tube insertion in Critical Patients in ICU.Methods:The jejunum nutrition tube was inserted under the bedside Ultrasound-guided in 46 critical patients in ICU,and the position was confirmed by ultrasound real-time.Results:The successful rate of bedside ultrasound-guided jejunal nutrition tube insertion was 100%,which provided a guarantee for early tube feeding in critical patients.Conclusion:It is a safe and effective measure to bedside ultrasound-guided jejunal nutrition tube insertion in Critical Patients in ICU,which can promote the recovery of critical patients.
