摘 要:目的:研究超声测量不同孕周胎儿肾脏大小的临床意义。方法:择取我院2018年2月至2019年5月期间接受产检的1508例产妇作为研究对象,所有产妇均接受超声检测用以测量宫内胎儿肾脏大小。结果:胎儿肾脏长径与前后径均与孕周呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:应用超声测量不同孕周胎儿肾脏的发育长径、前后径以及肾盂分离宽度,可用于判断胎儿肾脏发育情况,可及时筛查肾脏发育异常,可早期采取临床干预措施。Objective:To study the clinical significance of ultrasound measurement of fetal kidney size in different gestational weeks.Methods:A total of 1508 maternal women who underwent a physical examination between February 2018 and May 2019 were selected as subjects.All maternal women underwent ultrasound testing to measure intrauterine fetal kidney size.Results:The length diameter and anteroposterior diameter of fetal kidney were positively correlated with gestational week(P<0.001).Conclusion:The length diameter,anteroposterior diameter of fetal kidney in different gestational weeks and the separation width of the renal pelvis were measured by ultrasoundcan be used to judge fetal kidney development,and timely screening for kidney dysplasia,Early clinical intervention measures can be taken.
