摘　　要：2020年7月,住建部联合七部委印发《绿色建筑创建行动方案》,旨在全面推动绿色建筑高质量发展。这既是对传统建筑业加快转型升级的响应,又是建筑业践行绿色发展理念的重要途径。该文剖析了绿色建筑的内涵,回顾了我国绿色建筑发展的现状,并对我国绿色建筑未来健康化、智慧化、工业化、双零化、规模化的发展趋势进行了总结和展望。Green Building Creation Program,issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development together with other seven ministries in July,2020,aims to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of green buildings.Not only is it a response to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry.It is also an important way for the construction industry to practice the concept of green development.Started with interpretation of green building,this paper gave an overview of the development status of green building in China,a summary and prospects of the healthy,intelligent,industrialized,“double zero”and large-scale development of green building in China.
