摘　　要：城市建设已进入以存量发展为主的状态,既有建筑改造成为城市建设的重要方向之一。而既有建筑改造设计有别于新建建筑,在进行改造设计时,应充分考虑技术手段的适应性。该文以重庆市合川区党政机关综合办公大楼排危工程为例,对既有建筑改造适应性技术进行探讨,分析了目前既有建筑改造存在的问题,提出了既有建筑改造技术适应性原则与方法,以期为既有建筑改造设计提供参考。Urban construction has entered the stock development stage.Given this,the renovation of existing buildings has become one of the important directions of urban construction.The renovation design of existing buildings is different from that of new buildings,and the adaptability of technical means should be fully considered in renovation design.Based on the hazard investigation project of the comprehensive office building of a party and government organization in Hechuan District,Chongqing,this paper discussed the adaptive technology for existing building renovation,analyzed the existing problems in existing building renovation,and proposed the adaptive principles and methods of the renovation technology for existing buildings,aiming to provide references for the renovation and design of existing buildings.
