摘 要:数次地震表明,中小学教学楼极易发生破坏或整体倒塌,造成严重的生命财产损失。该文在假设加固后砌体楼(屋)盖平面内刚度无穷大(忽略加固后剪力墙的弯曲变形)的基础上,推导了多层组合砌体“框架-剪力墙”的内力计算公式,在现有研究资料基础上得到了窗间墙的抗震承载力计算公式,并提出了钢筋网水泥砂浆加固砌体结构教学楼的抗震设计计算方法,为中小教学楼抗震加固计算提供了一种新的途径。Numerous cases have shown that the primary and middle school teaching buildings are easily damaged or collapse in earthquakes,resulting in serious loss of life and property.It was assumed in this paper that the rigidity of the masonry building(house)is infinitely large(ignoring the bending deformation of the reinforced shear wall),and calculation formula of the internal force of the multi-layer frame masonry“frame-shear wall”was derived.Based on the available research data,the seismic bearing capacity of the wall between windows was obtained,and the calculation method of the seismic design was presented for the masonry-structured teaching building reinforced with reinforcing mesh of cement mortar,providing a new way for the calculation of the seismic reinforcement calculation of primary and middle school teaching buildings.
