一种提高乌夏断裂带二叠系硬地层钻井速度的方法

摘　　要：准噶尔盆地西北缘二叠系风城组云质岩储层有望成为重要的油气战略接替区。深层二叠系风城组岩石可钻性差,受富含云质岩、埋藏深、岩性致密等因素影响,钻井过程中表现出PDC钻头选型难度大、牙轮钻头寿命短、进尺少、行程钻速低等现象,长期制约着工区深层勘探开发。针对使用钻井液条件下提高致密岩性硬地层钻井速度的难题,提出了一种利用取心钻进技术形成井眼的技术思路并在MY-1井成功应用。通过采用顶驱配合井下动力钻具复合钻进、配套使用大口径取心筒、优化取心钻头选型等,简化了现场作业方式,大幅度提高了MY-1井深部井段钻井施工效率,加快了钻井速度,。这种利用取心钻进技术形成井眼的方法为提高乌夏断裂带致密岩性及其它地区硬地层钻井速度提供了技术借鉴。The dolomite reservoir will possibly be important oil and gas strategic reserves in Fengcheng group of Permian in northwestern margin of Junggar basin.The Fengcheng groups of Permian have a poor rock drillability.High content dolomite with a buried deep and the rock character is very compact layers.It is very difficult for bit selection of PDC drillbit and the roller bit has a short life and has a very short drilling footage with a low Rate of penetration.It restrict the velocity of explora⁃tion and development of oilfield of tight sand conglomerate reservoir.This article introduces a method of improving the drill⁃ing speed of hard formation and making bore hole with drilling coring technique.This method has successful application in MY-1 well.It includes combined drilling of downhole motor and large aperture long barrel coring and optimize coring bit.It simplifies field operation and enhances the construction efficiency by a wide margin.
