摘  要:浙江油田所属滇黔北昭通国家级页岩气示范区四川台坳川南低陡褶带大寨地区太阳背斜构造,烃源岩质量好,油气充足,储集条件具备。已钻井表明勘探开发主要面临存在两大地质风险:一是石牛栏组储层为孔隙-裂缝型储层,非均质性较强,气藏主要受裂缝控制,裂缝预测存在不确定性;二是由于以裂缝型气藏为主,钻完井过程对裂缝及低渗储层的伤害存在风险。为评价太阳构造下志留统石牛栏组常规天然气产能,搞清目的层产气水特征,探索适用于石牛栏组致密性孔隙-裂缝型储层的地质与工程条件的水平井开发钻井、压裂、试气投产配套技术系列,论述了采用液相欠平衡钻井技术、控压钻井技术解决该区块钻井的问题。通过优化井身结构、钻具组合,优选钻头、钻井参数、控压参数,在确保井下安全的情况下最大程度的释放储层能量,起到了保护储层和探明储量的双重功效,同时避免井漏,缩短周期。已试验的阳评1井机械钻速6.97 m/h,较同平台同层段提高了1.5倍,欠平衡钻进期间三次点火成功,完井后试采,稳产天然气6.0×104 m3/d,较邻井产量提高了4倍。The Sun anticline structure in the South low-steep fold belt of Dazhai area,Sichuan Taiao,North Yunnan Guizhou Zhaotong National Shale gas demonstration area,Zhejiang Oilfield,is characterized by good source rock quality,sufficient oil and gas,and favorable reservoir conditions.The results show that there are two geological risks in the exploration and devel⁃opment:First,the shiniulan formation is a pore-fracture type reservoir with strong heterogeneity and controlled by fractures,and there is uncertainty in fracture prediction;Secondly,because of the fracture-type gas reservoir,the damage of drilling and completion process to fracture and low permeability reservoir is at risk.In order to evaluate the conventional gas produc⁃tivity of the Shiniulan formation of the lower silurian in the solar structure,and to find out the gas and water production char⁃acteristics of the target formation,a series of drilling,fracturing and gas testing technologies for horizontal wells suitable for tight pore-fractured reservoirs in Shiniulan formation are explored,in this paper,the problem of drilling in this block is solved by using liquid underbalanced drilling technology and pressure control drilling technology.By optimizing the well body structure and the assembly of drilling tools,the bit,drilling parameters and pressure control parameters are optimized,the maximum release of reservoir energy under the condition of ensuring downhole safety plays the dual function of protecting reservoir and proved reserves,and at the same time,avoiding lost circulation and shortening the cycle.The Rop of well yangping-1,which has been tested is 6.97m/h,which is 1.5 times higher than that of the same formation on the same platform.During the period of underbalanced drilling,three times of ignition is successful.After completion of well test,the stable production of natural gas is 60000 m3/d,which is 4 times higher than that of adjacent wells.
