摘 要:渤海稠油储量规模大,热采开发尚处于起步阶段,缺乏系统理论研究。针对渤海厚层块状特稠油油藏进行了水平井吞吐转驱实验,通过物理模拟实验分析了热采开发各个阶段的生产特征,以及蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱的开发效果。分析表明,吞吐转驱可以取得较好效果,吞吐3周期后,地层压力从10 MPa下降到3 MPa,可以转蒸汽驱生产。吞吐阶段采出程度5.0%;蒸汽驱过程中,热连通阶段采出程度11.9%,稳定驱替阶段采出程度30.3%,窜流阶段结束时最终采收率35.7%。通过数模反演优化了目标油田吞吐转驱注采参数,优化现场注汽量400 m3/d,采注比大于1.2,吞吐4个周期后转蒸汽驱,选择注入井在高部位而生产井在低部位布井,生产井布置于距离盖层3/4厚度处而注入井位于距离盖层2/3厚度处。The heavy oil reserves in Bohai are large and the thermal recovery is still in the initial stage,lacking systematic theoretical research.The typical thick massive and extra heavy oil reservoir in Bohai region is selected,and the experimental study of horizontal well huff and puff to steam flooding is carried out.The production characteristics of each stage of thermal recovery are analyzed by three-dimensional physical simulation,and the development effects of huff and puff and steam flooding stages are compared.The results show that reducing reservoir pressure by first huff and puff,then steam flooding can achieve good development results.After three huff and puff cycles,the reservoir pressure is reduced from 10MPa to 3MPa,reaching the time of steam flooding.The recovery is 5.0%in the process of huff and puff;in the process of steam flooding,the recovery is 11.9%at the end of the thermal connection stage,the recovery is 30.3%at the end of the stable displacement stage,and the recovery is 35.7%when the transient oil steam ratio reduces to 0.1 in the channeling stage.Based on the labo⁃ratory experiments,the injection production parameters of huff and puff and steam flooding stages are optimized by using the micro scale numerical simulation inversion technology.The instantaneous steam injection rate is 400m3/d and the production injection ratio is more than 1.2,and after four huff and puff cycles,it changes into steam flooding.The injection wells are se⁃lected to be in the high position while the production wells are arranged in the low position.The production wells are ar⁃ranged 3/4 and the injection wells are located in 2/3 of the thickness away from the caprock.
