摘 要:支撑剂回流是影响油气井压后效果的重要因素。为研究有效闭合应力对支撑剂回流的影响,运用自主研发的裂缝模拟实验装置,进行不同有效闭合应力条件下支撑剂回流实验测试。实验过程中针对每一个有效闭合应力,测试不同返排阶段支撑剂的回流量。实验结果表明,随着有效闭合应力降低支撑剂回流量逐渐增加,当有效闭合压力降低到6 MPa后,回流量增加速度明显增快,因此压裂施工返排时应关井至有效闭合压力增加到6 MPa后再开井返排。支撑剂回流主要集中在压裂液返排初期,压裂液累计返排量达到总返排液量33.33%后,支撑剂阶段回流量明显减少,因此对支撑剂回流的控制应主要集中在返排初期。The backflow of proppant was significant for fracturing effect.In order to study the influence of effective closure pressure on proppant backflow,the proppant backflow volumes with different effective closure pressure were tested by simu⁃lated fracture experimental device independently developed.During experiments,proppant backflow volumes in different stages were tested for every effective closure pressure.The experimental results indicated that the proppant backflow volume increased with decreasing of effective closure pressure.The proppant backflow volume increased rapidly when effective clo⁃sure pressure was less than 6Mpa.So fracturing fluid backflow should be started after effective closure pressure reached 6Mpa for fracturing treatment.Proppant backflow mainly occurred in early stage of fracturing fluid backflow,and the prop⁃pant stage backflow volume decreased obviously when fracturing fluid backflow volume exceeded 33.33%of total fracturing fluid volume.Based on this,controlling proppant back volume should focus on early stage of fracturing fluid backflow.
