摘　　要：重大体育赛事反恐,特别是“奥运反恐”是个备受世界关注的重大研究课题。2017年,日本国际组织犯罪等和国际反恐对策推进总部网络发布《2020东京奥运会·残奥会反恐对策推进纲要》,公开日本警方针对东京奥运会反恐的七大举措。分析其基本架构、主导思路和核心理念,提出确立人民战争思想、夏奥经验冬奥活用、强化信息情报能力等8项2022年我国北京冬奥会反恐的重点工作思考。The anti-terrorism of major sports events,especially the"Olympic anti-terrorism",is a major research topic that attracts the worldwide attention.In 2017,Japan’s International Organizational Crime and International Anti-Terrorism Countermeasures Promotion Headquarter released online the"2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Counter-Terrorism Countermeasures Promotion Outline",revealing the seven major anti-terrorism measures taken by the Japanese police against the Tokyo Olympic Games.Based on the analysis of its basic structure,leading ideas and core concepts,this paper puts forward eight key work reflections on the anti-terrorism of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,including the establishment of people's war ideas,the active use of the experience of the Summer Olympics in the Winter Olympics,,and the strengthening of information and intelligence capabilities and the like.
