摘  要:以彩棉品种棕色棉BC05、陇绿棉3号为材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000处理,研究了彩棉种子萌发期对干旱胁迫的响应。结果表明,随着PEG-6000浓度的增加,BC05和陇绿棉3号子叶鲜重、子叶干重、胚根干重、下胚轴长、胚根长等指标均呈下降趋势。在PEG-6000胁迫浓度为25%时,BC05种子萌发被完全抑制,而陇绿棉3号在PEG-6000胁迫浓度为30%时种子萌发才被抑制。不同彩棉种子各指标降低的幅度存在差异。In order to explore the growth of cotton seeds under water stress,the seeds of two colored cotton varieties BC05 and Longlümian 3 were treated with different concentrations of PEG-6000 to study the response of colored cotton seeds to drought stress during germination.The results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the cotyledon fresh weight,cotyledon dry weight,radicle dry weight,hypocotyl length and radicle length of BC05 and Longlümian 3 decreased.When the concentration of PEG-6000 stress was more than 25%,the seed germination of BC05 was completely inhibited,While that of Longlumian 3 was inhibited when the PEG-6000 stress was 30%.Therefore,there are differences in the decrease of each index of different colored cotton seeds.
