基于GIS平台的东山岛生态保护红线划定研究

摘　　要：为构建东山岛绿色空间网络和实现东山岛国际旅游海岛城市的发展目标,对东山岛生态空间的红线划定进行研究。以定性和定量相结合方法,运用GIS技术将研究区的生态功能重要性、生态环境敏感性及禁止开发区进行综合评价,划定其生态红线。研究结果表明,东山岛生态功能红线区域总面积为7518.3hm2,占研究区面积的30.27%。主要分两级管控区域,一级生态红线区域面积为2064.84 hm2,二级生态保护红线区域面积5453.46 hm2,生态红线区域主要分布在西北部的大山、王爹山、针岭山、牛犊山,东南部的苏峰山、亲营山,东部的海岸景观带,南部的大帽山、旗山等植被覆盖度高的区域。红线区域的生态价值极高,对维护全县生态系统稳定性、提升生态安全格局水平、提高旅游生态承载力有着重要意义。In order to construct the green space network of Dongshan Island for the development goal of Dongshan Island International Tourism Island City,the red line delineation of Dongshan Island's ecological space is studied.Combing qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the importance of ecological service function,the sensitivity of ecological environment and the forbidden development zone in the study area were evaluated synthetically with GIS technology,and finally the ecological red line was drawn.The results show that the ecological red line of Dongshan Island is divided into two level control areas,namely,the first-grade ecological red line which covers 2064.84 hm2,and the secondary ecological protection red line which covers 5453.46 hm2.The total area of Dongshan Island ecological function red line area is 7518.3 hm2,while that of the ecological red line of Dongshan Island is 7518.3 hm2,accounting for 30.27%of the area of the city domain area.Moreover,the ecological red line area is distributed mainly in the area highly covered by vegetation,such as the northwest of Dashan,Wangdie Mountain,Zhenling Mountain,Niudu Mountain,and the southeast of the Sufeng Mountain,Qinying Mountain,and the south of the Damao Mountain,Qishan.With an extremely high ecological value,the red line area is of great significance to maintain the stability of the whole county's ecosystem,improve the ecological security pattern level,and enhance the carrying capacity of tourism ecology.
