达那唑对老年难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析达那唑治疗老年难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效。方法64例老年难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组应用长春新碱治疗,观察组应用达那唑治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.6%明显高于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4^+(48.95±4.28)%、CD8^+(36.02±1.18)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.36±0.03)、CD19^+(12.66±1.11)%、CD4^+CD25^+(2.65±0.30)%均优于对照组的(46.35±4.55)%、(38.45±1.59)%、(1.21±0.04)、(12.01±1.02)%、(3.88±0.35)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率12.5%低于对照组的34.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年难治性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者应用达那唑治疗疗效显著,且治疗安全性较高,此治疗方案值得推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of danazol on refractory immune thrombocytopenic purpura in the elderly.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenic purpura were divided into control group and observation group according to lottery methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinristine,and the observation group was treated with danazol.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 90.6%of the observation group was obviously higher than 62.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CD4^+(48.95±4.28)%,CD8^+(36.02±1.18)%,CD4^+/CD8^+(1.36±0.03),CD19^+(12.66±1.11)%and CD4^+CD25^+(2.65±0.30)%of the observation group were all better than(46.35±4.55)%,(38.45±1.59),(1.21±0.04),(12.01±1.02)%and(3.88±0.35)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 12.5%of the observation group was lower than 34.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danazol is effect and safe for elderly patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenic purpura,and this treatment regimen is worthy of promotion.
