摘　　要：目的比较手足部骨折应用可吸收螺钉与自身增强可吸收棒治疗的临床效果。方法60例手足部骨折患者,根据治疗方法不同分为A组和B组,每组30例。A组患者采用自身增强可吸收棒进行治疗,B组患者采用可吸收螺钉进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况、住院时间、骨折愈合时间。结果A组患者治疗总有效率为86.67%,与B组患者的90.00%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者并发症发生率为10.00%,与B组患者的10.00%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者住院时间、骨折愈合时间分别为(10.41±2.81)d、(11.41±2.62)个月,与B组患者的(10.49±1.38)d、(11.49±2.57)个月对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手足部骨折实施可吸收螺钉与自身增强可吸收棒治疗均有良好的临床效果,在有效性、安全性及加快骨折愈合、减少住院时间方面没有明显差异,可以按照患者情况选取适合的手术方式。Objective To compare the clinical effect of absorbable screws and absorbable self-reinforced rods for hand and foot fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with hand and foot fractures were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with absorbable self-reinforced rods,and group B was treated with absorbable screws.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of complications,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of group A was 86.67%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 90.00%of group B(P>0.05).The incidence of complications of group A was 10.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 10.00%of group B(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of group A were(10.41±2.81)d and(11.41±2.62)months,which had no statistically significant difference compared with(10.49±1.38)d and(11.49±2.57)months of group B(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effectiveness,safety,acceleration of fracture healing and reduction of hospitalization time between absorbable screw and absorbable self-reinforced rods in hand and foot fractures.The appropriate surgical method can be selected according to the patient’s condition.
