胃肠安丸联合莫沙必利片治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析儿童功能性消化不良行胃肠安丸+莫沙必利片治疗的疗效及其对患儿预后的效果。方法92例儿童功能性消化不良患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组46例。实验组采用胃肠安丸+莫沙必利片治疗,对照组采用莫沙必利片治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效以及消化道症状评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组的78.26%,差异均统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿恶心评分(0.80±0.20)分、嗳气评分(0.90±0.20)分、食欲不振评分(1.20±0.20)分、腹胀评分(1.20±0.20)分、腹痛评分(1.20±0.20)分均低于对照组的(1.00±0.20)、(1.20±0.20)、(1.70±0.40)、(1.50±0.40)、(1.20±0.30)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠安丸+莫沙必利片联合治疗在儿童功能性消化不良中应用的临床价值较高,可促进患儿预后,改善患儿病症,提升疗效,应积极推广并应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Weichang’an pill combined with mosapride tablets in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 92 children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Weichang’an pill combined with mosapride tablets,and the control group was treated with mosapride tablets.The clinical efficacy and gastrointestinal symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.65%of the experimental group was higher than 78.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nausea(0.80±0.20)points,belching(0.90±0.20)points,loss of appetite(1.20±0.20)points,abdominal distension(1.20±0.20)points,and abdominal pain(1.20±0.20)points in the experimental group were lower than(1.00±0.20),(1.20±0.20),(1.70±0.40),(1.50±0.40),(1.20±0.30)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Weichang’an pill combined with mosapride tablets has high clinical value in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children,which can promote the prognosis,improve the symptoms and the curative effect of children.It should be actively promoted and applied.
