枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合消乳散结胶囊对乳腺增生患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合消乳散结胶囊对乳腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法80例乳腺增生患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组患者给予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,实验组采用枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合消乳散结胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗1个周期后血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平及治疗3个周期后疗效。结果治疗1个周期后,实验组FSH(55.13±20.25)mg/L、LH(38.46±10.26)ng/ml、E2(185.25±42.45)ng/ml均明显优于对照组的(64.25±20.48)mg/L、(45.56±10.27)ng/ml、(220.14±42.46)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率92.50%明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺增生患者枸橼酸他莫昔芬片联合消乳散结胶囊治疗效果明显优于单一枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tamoxifen citrate tablets combined with Xiaoru Sanjie capsules on patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast hyperplasia were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets only,and the experimental group was also treated with Xiaoru Sanjie capsules based on the control group.The follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)after 1 cycle of treatment and the effect after 3 cycles of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 cycle of treatment,FSH(55.13±20.25)mg/L,LH(38.46±10.26)ng/ml and E2(185.25±42.45)ng/ml of the experimental group were obviously better than(64.25±20.48)mg/L,(45.56±10.27)ng/ml and(220.14±42.46)ng/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 92.50%of the experimental group was obviously higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of tamoxifen citrate tablets combined with Xiaoru Sanjie capsules in patients with breast hyperplasia is significantly better than that of single tamoxifen citrate tablets.
