摘 要:缓冲块是悬架系统中的重要零件,对其结构进行合理的设计能够有效地提高汽车的平顺性。将缓冲块结构参数作为设计变量,利用有限元计算模型计算出不同参数组合下缓冲块的性能,进而建立缓冲块性能计算的响应面代理模型。以缓冲块的尺寸要求为设计变量,缓冲块的性能指标最优为目标函数,利用遗传算法对代理模型进行寻优处理。结果表明,通过有限元模型计算得出的缓冲块性能数据与实体试验的数据基本吻合,优化后的缓冲块性能更优。The jounce bumper is an important part in the suspension system.Reasonable design of its structure can effectively improve the NVH(noise,vibration and harshness)of the car.With the structure parameters of the jounce bumper as design variables,the finite element calculation model was used to calculate the performance of the jounce bumper under different parameter combinations,and then a response surface proxy model for the jounce bumper performance calculation was established.The size requirement of the jounce bumper was taken as the design variable and the optimal performance index of the jounce bumper as the objective function to optimize the proxy model by the genetic algorithm.The results show that the performance data of the jounce bumper calculated by the finite element model is basically consistent with that of the physical test,and the jounce bumper optimized by the proposed method has better performance.
