小儿急性腹泻的常见病原微生物研究

摘　　要：目的:对小儿急性腹泻患儿实施粪便标本进行细菌培养和病毒鉴定,明确主要病原微生物,为后续治疗提供支持。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年1月的220例小儿急性腹泻患儿为研究对象,每例患儿使用无菌容器留取粪便标本4份,分别进行细菌培养、病毒鉴定、寄生虫鉴定和备用,记录病原微生物的分布特点。结果:(1)共检出病原微生物132例,占60.0%,其中检出致病菌17例,腹泻病毒112例,真菌寄生虫3例;(2)细菌性腹泻6-8月份11例,占64.7%,病毒性腹泻12月-次年2月份79例,占70.5%,细菌性腹泻在夏季的发病率较高,病毒性腹泻在夏季、冬季的发病率均较高;(3)不同性别的小儿的病原微生物检出结果无明显差异(P>0.05),1~3岁小儿的病原微生物检出率高于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿急性腹泻受季节影响较大,且1~3岁年龄段小儿更容易由病原微生物引起急性腹泻。Objective To carry out bacterial culture and virus identification on fecal samples of acute infantile diarrhea,identify the pathogenic microorganisms,and provide support for follow-up treatment.Methods 220 children with acute diarrhea from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects.Four fecal samples were collected from the children's feces in sterile containers for bacterial culture,virus identification,parasite identification and standby,and the distribution characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms were recorded.Results(1)Gender incidence rate of pathogens was 132,accounting for 60%.Among them,17 were pathogenic bacteria,112 were diarrhea virus and 3 were fungus parasites.(2)Bacterial diarrhea occurred in 11 cases in 6~8 month,64.7%,viral diarrhea in 79 cases in 12~2 month,70.5%in bacteria,diarrhea in summer in high incidence rate,and viral diarrhea in summer and winter.There was no significant difference in the detection results of pathogenic microorganisms(P>0.05).The rate of pathogenic microorganisms in children aged 1~3 years was higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute infantile diarrhea is greatly affected by seasons,and children aged 1~3 are more likely to cause acute diarrhea by pathogenic microorganisms.
