摘　　要：变应性支气管肺曲霉病是由于气道内曲霉感染所导致的疾病,患者会出现严重的气道高反应。目前临床上主要对变应性支气管肺曲霉病患者实施糖皮质激素联合抗真菌药物治疗的方法,具有良好的临床效果。随着医学技术的不断发展,新的治疗措施不断应用于临床中。本文主要对变应性支气管肺曲霉病的治疗现状及进展展开综述。Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is a disease caused by Aspergillus infection in the airway.Patients will have severe airway hyperresponsiveness.At present,the treatment method of glucocorticoid combined with antifungal drugs is mainly applied to patients,which has good clinical effect.With the continuous development of medical technology,new treatment measures are continuously applied in clinical practice.This article mainly reviews the treatment status and progress of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
