摘  要:为解决金刚石框架锯锯框质量大、结构冗余等问题,从等效应力、最大变形角度深入探究影响锯框强度的关键因素,设计力学性能最优、质量最轻的锯框系统。基于有限元法,应用正交试验设计方法对硬质石材加工设备锯框系统进行多目标优化研究。研究表明,边框截面形状与边框厚度是影响锯框系统强度性能的关键因素,优化后的锯框系统,其强度性能提升16.7%,锯框系统质量目标下降约21.9%,最大变形变化率为19.1%。试验设计与有限元仿真相结合的方法,可缩短研发周期,对多因素多目标下的结构优化设计具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problems of high quality and redundant structure of the diamond frame saw frame,the key factors affecting the strength of the saw frame are thoroughly explored from the perspective of equivalent stress and maximum deformation,and the saw frame system with the best mechanical performance and the lightest quality is designed.Based on the finite element method,the multi-objective optimization of the saw frame system of hard stone processing equipment was studied by using the orthogonal experimental design method.The research shows that the shape and the thickness of the frame section are the key factors affecting the strength performance.The optimized saw frame system has 16.7% higher strength performance,the quality target is reduced by about 21.9%,and the optimization rate of maximum deformation is 19.1%.The combination of experimental design and finite element simulation can shorten the research and development period,and has certain reference value for the optimization design of multi-factor and multi-objective structure.
