摘 要:[目的]获得苍耳子中抗寒物质的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]以苍耳子为原料、水稻为试验对象,研究提取剂的筛选,探讨料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对苍耳子中抗寒物质提取的影响,通过L 9(34)正交试验确定最佳提取条件。[结果]苍耳子中抗寒物质的最佳提取工艺条件为提取剂50%乙醇、料液比1∶9(g∶mL)、提取温度80℃、提取时间40 min、提取3次;粉体抗寒物质的产率为10.0%。[结论]该提取工艺简便、成本较低,获得的抗寒物质能显著提高秧苗游离脯氨酸含量。[Objective]To obtain optimal conditions of extraction technology of cold-resistant substances in Fructus xanthii.[Method]Using Xanthium as raw material and rice as the test object,the effects of the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of cold-resistant substances in Fructus xanthii were studied,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment L 9(34).[Result]The optimal conditions of the extraction technology of cold-resistant substances in Fructus xanthii were as followed:the extractant was 50%ethanol,1∶9(g∶mL)as solid-liquid ratio,80℃as extraction temperature,40 min as extraction time,and extraction 3 times.The yield of powder cold-resistant substances was 10.0%.[Conclusion]The extraction process was simple with low cost,and the subsequent cold-resistant substances could significantly increase the content of proline in rice seedlings.
