摘　　要：[目的]定性分析猪牙皂的化学成分组成。[方法]采用UHPLC-Q-Exactive-MS技术,对比相关文献,通过Xcalibur软件分析鉴定猪牙皂中化学成分。[结果]鉴定了猪牙皂中17个化合物,包括3个酚类成分、7个黄酮类成分、7个皂苷类成分。[结论]该方法专属性好、结果可靠,为猪牙皂质量控制及药效物质基础提供参考。[Objective]Qualitatively analyzed the chemical compositions of gleditsiae fructus abnormalis.[Method]The chemical compositions of gleditsiae fructus abnormalis were analyzed and authenticated by using the UHPLC-Q-Exactive-MS technology and comparing relevant documents through the Xcalibur software.[Result]The 17 chemicals were authenticated in gleditsiae fructus abnormalis,including 3 phenolic compounds,7 flavonoids and 7 saponins.[Conclusion]The good exclusiveness and reliable result of this method provided reference to the quality control and efficacious material basis of gleditsiae fructus abnormalis.
