摘 要:为了提高复合冲击提速钻具的使用寿命,对钻具的核心部件直旋作动器进行了优化设计。把直旋作动器简化为滚珠丝杠模型,通过提高直旋作动器的额定动载荷来延长钻具的使用寿命。根据额定动载荷的表达式设计了5个优化变量,以直旋作动器的额定动载荷最大为优化目标,利用MATLAB软件对其进行数值计算。计算结果表明,优化后直旋作动器的额定动载荷相较于优化前提高了2倍多,同时钻具的寿命也得到了相应的提升。In order to improve the service life of the compound percussion drill,the core component of the drill the straight-rotary actuator is optimized.The straight-rotary actuator is simplified to a ball screw shaft model,and the service life of the drill is extended by increasing the rated dynamic load of the straight-rotary actuator.According to the expression of the rated dynamic load,five optimization variables are designed,and with the maximum rated dynamic load of the straight-rotary actuator as the optimization objective,MATLAB is used to do the calculation.The calculation results show that the rated dynamic load of the straight-rotary actuator after optimization has been increased by more than 2 times,and the life of the drill has been improved accordingly.
