摘  要:为了使纯电动履带绿篱机能够在实际工况下完成绿篱作业,降低成本、提高效率,需要对纯电动绿篱机动力系统进行设计。通过实际工况与理论依据确定整车设计参数,完成对电池、电动机和减速器的参数匹配,并采用双电机独立轮边驱动的设计,运用CRUISE软件建立车辆模型进行仿真分析,从而对参数进行匹配与验证。研究结果表明,通过以上方法设计得到的纯电动履带式绿篱机能够以7 km/h的转场速度并以4 km/h的工作速度在20°坡度上完成绿篱作业,整车动力系统设计合理,且拥有冗余量,符合预期。In order to enable the electric crawler hedge trimmer to complete the hedge trimming operation under actual working conditions,to reduce labor costs and to improve work efficiency,we designed the power system of the electric crawler hedge trimmer.The design parameters were determined based on actual working conditions and theoretical basis,the parameter matching of the battery,the motor and the retarder was completed,and the dual-motor independent wheel-side drive scheme was adopted.CRUISE software was used to establish the vehicle model,and to match and verify the parameters.The research results show that the electric crawler hedge trimmer designed by this method can complete the hedge trimming operation at a transfer speed of 7 km/h and a working speed of 4 km/h on a slope of 20°,and the power system design is reasonable with redundancy,in line with the expectations.
