摘 要:为了对冷却剂平均温度控制系统进行优化,设计了模糊PI并行控制器。研究了控制棒(R棒)棒速输入下的冷却剂平均温度特性并基于棒速进行控制器的设计。为了优化控制品质以及减少调节时间,引入先进控制算法进行控制方案的优化。根据秦山二期核电站相关数据建立冷却剂平均温度被控对象模型,采用模糊控制与PI控制并行切换的方法,以弥补模糊控制在被控量小范围变化下精度不高以及PI控制难以提升控制速度的缺陷。最后与传统PI控制效果进行了比较,结果表明,所提的冷却剂平均温度模糊PI并行控制系统响应速度更快,具有良好的控制性能。In order to optimize the coolant average temperature control system,a fuzzy PI parallel controller is designed.This paper further studies the average temperature characteristics of the coolant under the input of r-bar speed and designs the controller based on the rod speed.In order to optimize the control quality and reduce the regulation time,it is necessary to introduce advanced control algorithm to optimize the control scheme.Based on the relevant data of Qinshan Phase II nuclear power plant,this paper establishes the controlled object model of coolant average temperature,and then uses the method of parallel switching between fuzzy control and PI control to make up for the defects of fuzzy control in the small range of controlled quantity and PI control is difficult to improve the control speed.Finally a comparison is made with traditional PI control effect.The results show that the fuzzy PI of coolant average temperature parallel control system proposed in this paper has faster response speed and better control performance.
