摘 要:为了分析掺烧橡胶燃料对燃煤锅炉的影响,采用烟煤,用卡车轮胎粉末作为主要掺烧对象,掺烧比例分别为20%,40%,60%。根据Fluent模拟结果,绘制了4个工况下锅炉中部宽度方向上的温度及NO x分布云图,以及高度方向相应的折线图,得到了煤粉和卡车轮胎粉末混燃时锅炉内温度分布及污染物生成情况。研究表明,随着卡车轮胎粉末掺烧比例的扩大,炉膛中心温度逐渐增大,炉膛出口处的NO x排放量逐渐增大。In order to analyze the influence of mixed burning rubber fuel on coal-fired boilers,bituminous coal is used and truck tire powder is used as the main mixed burning object.The proportion of mixture burning is:20%,40%,60%respectively.According to the simulation results of Fluent,the temperature and NO x distribution in the width direction of the middle of the boiler under four working conditions were drawn.In addition,a line chart corresponding to the height direction is drawn and the temperature and pollutant formation at which the truck tire powder was mixed with coal powder was obtained.With the increase of proportion of truck tire powder,the temperature at the center of the furnace increases gradually,and NO x emission at the outlet of the furnace increases gradually.
