针刺督脉穴配合康复训练治疗孤独症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺督脉穴配合康复训练治疗孤独症的临床疗效。方法将110例孤独症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。治疗组采用针刺督脉腧穴为主配合康复训练,对照组采用单纯康复训练。观察两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)各项评分、脑电图各项指标(α波、β波、θ波、δ波)及各项生化指标[叶酸、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)、GSH/GSSG]的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后CARS各项评分、各项生化指标与同组治疗前及组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后脑电图各项指标与同组治疗前及对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率和治愈率分别为89.1%和27.3%,对照组分别为74.5%和10.9%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺督脉穴配合康复训练是一种治疗孤独症的有效方法,能改善脑电图,促进叶酸、GSH分泌。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the Governor Vessel plus rehabilitation training in treating autism.Method A total of 110 patients with autism were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at the Governor Vessel acupoints assisted by rehabilitation training,while the control group was given rehabilitation training alone.Before and after treatment,the scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),electroencephalogram(EEG)parameters(α,β,θandδwaves)and biochemical indexes[folate,glutathione(GSH),homocysteine(Hcy),oxidized glutathione(GSSG)and GSH/GSSG]were observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result The CARS scores and biochemical indexes changed significantly after treatment in both groups and the between-group differences were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).The EEG parameters changed significantly after intervention in the treatment group and were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 89.1%and the recovery rate was 27.3%in the treatment group,versus 74.5%and 10.9%in the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the Governor Vessel plus rehabilitation training is effective in treating autism;it can improve the EEG readings,and promote the secretion of folate and GSH.
