针灸治疗黄体功能不全疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗黄体功能不全的临床疗效及妊娠结局。方法将60例黄体功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后优势卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、血清孕酮测定值及基础体温(BBT)类型的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效及临床妊娠率。结果治疗组总有效率和临床妊娠率分别为90.0%和53.3%,对照组分别为88.9%和44.4%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后优势卵泡大小、子宫内膜厚度、血清孕酮测定值及BBT类型与同组治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后优势卵泡大小与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸是一种治疗黄体功能不全的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion for luteal phase defect and pregnancy outcome.Method Sixty patients with luteal phase defect were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion and the control group,conventional medication.Dominant follicle size,endometrial thickness and serum progesterone were measured and basal body temperature(BBT)types were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects and pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate and the clinical pregnancy rate were 90.0%and 53.3%,respectively,in the treatment group and 88.9%and 44.4%,respectively,in the control group with no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in dominant follicle size,endometrial thickness,serum progesterone value and BBT types in the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in dominant follicle size between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion is an effective way to treat luteal phase defect.
