社区旅游开发项目的景观价值相容性研究

摘　　要：将社区居民态度纳入旅游规划,是合理开展社区规划工作面临的新挑战。文中以秦岭北麓汤峪镇的旅游地产项目为例,对293位社区居民进行访谈和参与式制图调查,使用景观价值相容度对景观价值与旅游开发项目的相容性进行分析。研究发现:1)景观价值与旅游地产项目相容的区域主要分布在汤峪镇社区内部,经济利益和提供生计保障是社区居民对旅游地产项目持正面态度的重要影响因素;2)二者不相容的地方主要分布在汤峪镇社区外围,出于生存依赖、生态与文化因素的考虑,社区居民对旅游地产项目存在邻避效应;3)景观价值与旅游开发项目的相容情况是多种社会因素在空间上进行权衡的结果,既受景观价值空间分布影响,也受居民的态度影响。It is a new challenge to integrate community residents′attitude into tourism planning.This study took Tangyu tourism destination′s real estate projects as research objects.On the basis of interviews and participatory mapping survey of 293 samples of community residents,we analyzed the compatibility between the landscape values and real estate development.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1)The compatible areas of landscape value and tourism real estate projects are mainly distributed in the community of Tangyu town;economic benefits and the provision of livelihood security are important factors for community residents to have a positive attitude towards tourism real estate projects.2)The places incompatible of landscape value and tourism real estate projects are mainly distributed in the periphery of Tangyu town community.Considering survival dependence,ecological and cultural factors,residents show the"NIMBY effect"on tourism real estate projects.3)The compatibility between landscape value and tourism development projects is the result of the spatial tradeoff between various social factors,which is influenced by the spatial distribution of landscape value and the attitude of residents.
