摘  要:6G无线技术是新一代网络通信技术的重点,涉及到我国持续实现数字化、网络化、智能化发展的核心技术领域。从6G无线技术的趋势特点出发,重点结合高、中、低频谱需求,以及可达10 GHz以上带宽的通信处理能力实现角度进行了研究。在6G重点候选技术方面,根据场景需求对较易提升容量的太赫兹技术、提高管理空间频谱效率的智能反射面、新电磁波维度的轨道角动量、倍增频谱效率的全双工通信和具有多年研究基础的可见光通信进行了研究,同时作为新技术区块链、人工智能和6G网络的融合方面进行了前景分析。6G mobile communication technology is the focus of the new generation of network communication technology,and it involves the core technical fields of China’s continuous digital, networked, and intelligent development. Based on the trend of 6G research,combined with high,medium and lowspectrum requirements and communication processing capabilities of bandwidth above 10 GHz, this article focuses on 6G key candidate technologies,the terahertz technology that is easier to increase the capacity according to the needs of the scene,and the intelligent reflective surface that improves the management space spectrum efficiency. This paper studies the orbital angular momentum of the newelectromagnetic wave dimension,full-duplex communication with multiplied spectrum efficiency and visible light communication with years of research foundation,and analyzes the prospects of the integration of newtechnology blockchain,artificial intelligence and 6 G network.
