摘 要:传统的变压器模型多为集总电容模型,在10MHz以上的频段,模型与实测特性存在较大偏差,难以反映变压器的高频电磁干扰(EMI)特性。该文提出利用S21参数来衡量变压器共模EMI性能,研究平面变压器高频3D建模方法。通过实际测试验证了3D建模方法的准确性,并将该建模方法应用于某高频变压器的共模EMI性能评估及优化设计中,从制造工艺水平和材料特性参数等方面,分析影响变压器共模S21参数一致性的关键因素,为提高产品性能的一致性提供了质量管控依据。The traditional transformer model is mostly a lumped capacitance model.There is a large deviation between the frequency model characteristics and the actual measurement above 10MHz.It is difficult to reflect the high-frequency electro-magnetic interference(EMI)characteristics of the transformer.In this paper,the S21 parameter was used to measure the common mode EMI performance of transformers.The high-frequency 3D modeling method of planar transformer was studied.The accuracy of the 3D modeling method was verified by actual tests.The modeling method was applied to the common mode EMI performance evaluation and optimization design of a high-frequency transformer.From the aspects of manufacturing process level and material property parameters,the key factors affecting the consistency of common mode S21 parameters of transformers were analyzed,and the quality control bias was provided to improve the consistency of product performance.
