摘 要:针对传统多电平逆变器扩展结构复杂、器件数量较多等问题,提出一种T型开关电容可扩展多电平逆变拓扑,通过T型双电容模块分压和逐级充电实现多电平输出。该逆变器可以保证前级分压电容的电压平衡,且后级开关电容逐级充电,使得逆变器模块化扩展之后器件的使用数量随着电平数按对数曲线增加,低于线性增加的传统拓扑。七电平逆变器在30V的直流输入下能输出峰值为45V的交流脉冲宽度调制(PWM)波电压,实现了1.5倍的电压增益。无需H桥即可实现逆变过程,降低了开关管总电压应力。该文分析了所提逆变器的拓扑结构、工作原理、调制策略和扩展比较,并通过实验验证了新型T拓扑电路的正确性与可行性。The conventional multilevel inverter has complicated extension and a large number of devices.This paper proposes an extensible T-type switched capacitor multilevel inverter.The multi-level output is achieved through voltage division of the T-type dual capacitor module and step-by-step charging method.The inverter can ensure the voltage balance of the voltage-dividing capacitors.The switched capacitors are charged step by step,so that the number of devices in the extension of the inverter increases with output levels in a logarithmic curve,which is lower than the conventional topology with linear increase.The seven-level inverter can output an AC PWM wave voltage with a peak value of 45V under a DC input of 30V,achieving a voltage gain of 1.5 times.The proposed inverter can realize the inversion without the H-bridge,which reduces the total standing voltage of the switches.In this paper,the topology composition,working principle,modulation strategy and extension comparison of the proposed inverter are analyzed,and the correctness and feasibility of the novel T-topology circuit are verified by experiments.
