摘 要:为了适应可植入式医疗设备的迅速发展,本文提出一种应用于人体通信频段(human body communication,HBC)的新型天线。天线形状设计为半径4.8 mm的平面圆形结构,衬底材料使用厚度为0.02 mm的磁性材料,在螺旋结构中添加矩形连接点,并在天线表面覆盖与衬底材料相同的介质薄膜的设计方法,以拓宽天线的带宽。同时,为在人体环境中对天线进行优化设计,采用HFSS仿真软件,分析不同圈数的螺旋贴片、衬底和介质薄膜厚度的变化,以及不同数量的连结点和不同人体环境对天线工作性能产生的影响。仿真结果表明,本文提出的新型可植入式天线,在人体肌肉环境下的带宽为41.8~47.9 MHz,与现有的HBC频段的可植入式天线相比,本文提出的天线具有带宽较宽,体积较小等优点,可以较好的应用于可植入式医疗设备中。该研究在医疗领域具有较好的应用前景。In order to adapt to the rapid development of implantable medical devices,this paper proposes a new type of antenna applied to the human body communication frequency band(human body communication,HBC).The antenna shape is designed as a flat circular structure with a radius of 4.8 mm.The substrate material uses a magnetic material with a thickness of 0.02 mm.A rectangular connection point is added to the spiral structure.The antenna surface is covered with the same dielectric film as the substrate material to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna.At the same time,in order to optimize the design of the antenna design in the human environment,the HFSS simulation software is used to analyze the changes in the thickness of spiral patch,substrate and dielectric film with different turns,as well as the different number of connection points and different human environment on the antenna performance.The simulation results show that the new implantable antenna proposed in this paper has a bandwidth of 47.8-47.9 MHz in a human muscle environment.Compared with the existing implantable antennas in HBC frequency band,the antenna proposed in this paper has a wider bandwidth,small size and other advantages,which can be better used in implantable medical equipment.This research has good application prospects in the medical field.
