摘 要:活套控制是热连轧过程中一项关键技术,它对热连轧过程中轧制的稳定性和螺纹钢的横肋外形、公称直径控制都有着非常重要的作用。本文针对首钢水钢钢轧事业部三棒作业区开发新工艺期间暴露出的原有活套控制系统不能满足新工艺要求的问题进行分析和改进,使活套控制满足新工艺的轧制要求,为顺利实现五切分轧制达产达效创造条件。The looper control is a key technique in hot continuous rolling process and plays an important role in improving the rolling stability and controlling the transverse rib shape and nominal diameter of rebar.The problem that the original looper control system can't meet the requirements of a new rolling process during the development of rolling process in No.3 Bar Rolling Work Shop in Industrial Department of Steelmaking and Steel Rolling in Shougang Shuicheng Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.is analyzed and solved so as to make the looper control system meet the requirements of the new rolling process and provide conditions for the realization of yield and efficiency of five-splitting rolling.
