摘  要:降低转炉出钢温度是当前钢铁行业的趋势,出钢温度降低,不仅可以减少对炉衬的侵蚀,而且可以提高废钢比、降低钢铁料消耗、提高钢水纯净度等。本文通过对影响转炉出钢口套管寿命的因素进行分析,针对性的采取措施,提高了出钢口套管使用寿命,极大的支撑了出钢温度的降低,也节约了耐火材料成本、提高了生产节奏,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。It is a trend in current industry of iron and steel to reduce the tapping temperature of BOF(Basic Oxygen Furnace).Reducing the tapping temperature can not only reduce the erosion of furnace lining,but also increase scrap ratio,decrease metal consumption,enhance purity of molten steel,etc.In this article,the factors to influence the lifetime of pipe cased in tapping hole of BOF are analyzed and targeted measures are taken so that the service lifetime of pipe cased in tapping hole is prolonged,the tapping temperature is reduced,the cost of refractory materials is saved,the production rhythm is improved and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
