MyoSure在宫腔内良性占位病变中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨MyoSure(美奥舒)在治疗宫内良性占位病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年8月在我院应用MyoSure治疗宫内良性占位病变的患者79例,应用宫腔镜下电切术68例,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、膨宫液用量、术后阴道排液量、发热、二次手术率,术后恢复等。结果:电切术组患者的手术时间、膨宫液用量均多于MyoSure组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);电切组患者术后阴道排液量、术后发热率均高于MyoSure组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);美奥舒二次手术率低于电切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MyoSure用于治疗宫腔内良性占位病变效果确切,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of using Myosure system to benign lesion of uterrine cavity.Methods:From January 2016 to August 2018,there were 78 patients performed the treatment for intrauterine benign occupying lesions using Myosure system and 68 patients using hysteroscopic electrotomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,amount of turgor fluid,postoperative vaginal drainage,fever,secondary operation rate and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and turgor fluid dosage of patients in the electrotomy group were all higher than those in the MyoSure group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The vaginal drainage volume and postoperative fever rate of patients in the electrotomy group were higher than those in the MyoSure group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The secondary operation rate of MyoSure was lower than that of electrotomy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Myosure system effect is accurate,worthy of further promotion and application.
