适老化公共社区设计研究

摘　　要：自20世纪90年代以来,中国的老龄化进程加快。为了适应社会人口结构的转变,构建以适老化公共社区为基本的养老体系,从选址、设施设计、功能划分三个方面改造适老化社区,并结合互联网优化社区。主要目的是通过适老化公共社区设计改变现有的养老模式,增强老年人与社会之间的联系与交流,实现老有所依,老有所养。Since the 1990s,China's aging process has accelerated.In order to adapt to the transformation of the social demographic structure,build an oldage care system based on elderly-oriented public communities,transform aging communities from three aspects:site selection,facility design,and function division,and optimize community in combination with the Internet.The main purpose is to change the existing old-age care model through elderly-oriented of the aging public community,strengthen the connection and communication between the elderly and the society,and realize the elderly have a sense of support and support.
